SOESP works with the sale of forage seeds, and has specific channels for this purpose, and we emphasize that the website content (ebooks, articles, tips...) is not considered as a product and is provided 'as is'. 9. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed, interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil regardless of the conflicts of these laws with laws of other States or Countries, and the courts of Presidente Prudente - São Paulo shall be competent to settle any controversy arising from this instrument.
